This book was a blessing to me, as it helped me recover my marriage and improve my self-esteem. The book made me understand my anxious attachment pattern and how it affected my relationship with my wife, who has an avoidant attachment. The book taught me how to recognize and manage my emotions, communicate assertively and empathetically, and create a balance between dependency and autonomy. The book offered me a unique roadmap for moving towards secure attachment in relationships, based on trust, respect and love.
Thanks to this book, I have been able to save my marriage and be happier. I have been able to overcome my fears of abandonment and rejection, and I have learned to value and care for myself more. I have been able to reconnect with my wife and create a healthier and more harmonious relationship. This book has given me the tools to grow as a person and as a couple.

It's very hard for us to see ourselves, but it's the healthiest way to grow. This book is great for anyone who has just come out of a relationship, whether love, or friendship, and want to figure out what role they themselves had to play in its demise. We all have trauma and this book really helped me see my own coping mechanisms in relationships that were harmful, or not the healthiest. It's a great way to reevaluate and to start a new relationship on healthier foot and with preparation in self awareness, so that the past won't be repeated. Highly recommended.
