Attachments and insecurity are deemed inevitable in relationships. But, is this really true or there is a different perspective waiting to be discovered? That’s what I discovered through this book how attachment doesn’t always have to be unhealthy, instead, they come in different variations. After reading this book, my whole perspective on relationships has taken a 360⁰ turn. For the first time, I realized how every decision of mine in a relationship was rooted in anxiety and insecurity. Thanks to this book I got to know about my own attachment style and how it has been impacting my life. A great read to determine your own attachment style to others. This book touches on psychology, relationships and attachments to others. Sometimes we become too attached to other people and depend on them without taking care of ourselves. It is important to heal after a negative/harmful relationship.
